Do I need prior knowledge to take the Bilan Carbone® Discovery Package?

No prior knowledge is required. The Discovery Package is designed to introduce the fundamentals of carbon accounting, climate change, and the Bilan Carbone® methodology.

What is the difference between Discovery and Essential Packages?

Discovery focuses on understanding the Bilan Carbone® methodology through self-paced e-learning. Essential includes the Discovery content and adds practical exercises, access to the official Bilan Carbone® V9 tools, a realistic case study, and a 2-hour live Q&A session with an expert trainer.

Can Bilan Carbone® training be used for carbon accounting outside France?

Yes. The methodology can be used by organisations operating internationally and provides a structured approach to measuring greenhouse gas emissions, analysing results, and developing a transition plan.

How does Bilan Carbone® compare with the GHG Protocol?
