Information notice on the protection of personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679), IFC.D informs you how your personal data is processed as part of your training journey.

This notice sets out the purposes of processing, the legal basis, the recipients of the data, the retention periods and the rights available to you.

Purposes of processing

  • Managing your training from both an administrative and educational perspective.
  • Tracking your assessments, absences and results.
  • Producing legal documents, including certificates and attestations.
  • Meeting the requirements of funders and certifying bodies.
  • Carrying out internal statistics, satisfaction surveys and website audience measurement, in particular through Matomo.

Legal basis

  • The training agreement entered into with you or your employer.
  • Legal reporting obligations, including funding, audits and activity declarations.
  • The institute’s legitimate interest in improving the quality of its services.

Processed data

  • Identity data: surname, first name, contact details.
  • Educational data: attendance, assessments, results.
  • Connection data relating to digital tools, including LMS platforms.
  • Exchanges and interactions: emails, calls, requests.
  • Browsing history and technical information: pages visited, IP address, Matomo audience statistics.

Data recipients

  • The institute’s educational and administrative teams.
  • Technical service providers and tools operated on our behalf: hosting providers, software publishers, the Matomo instance used for our audience statistics, Association pour la transition Bas Carbone, etc.
  • Funders and certifying bodies: OPCO, CPF, ministries, etc.
  • Any legal authority where required by regulation.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure servers, restricted access and encryption mechanisms.

In the event of a personal data breach, IFC.D will notify the competent authority and, where necessary, the persons concerned in accordance with the regulations in force.

The use of generative AI tools processing personal data is governed to ensure GDPR compliance and the protection of individuals’ rights.

Retention period

Your data is kept for the period necessary to deliver the service.

It may be deleted upon simple request, but this will result in the loss of access to the relevant services.

  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to withdraw consent, where applicable.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Professional visit tracking: GDPR basis

The third-party professional visit tracking script is used only after your consent in order to assess the interest of some B2B visits on our website and better guide our commercial follow-up. This mechanism is separate from the Matomo tool used for website audience measurement.

Without consent, the script is not loaded. Matomo is used separately for website audience measurement.

The allow/decline choice is stored for 6 months on this browser.

Legal basis

  • placing and reading the tracker: your consent,
  • use of the information received: B2B marketing analysis and IFC.D's legitimate interest within the limits of applicable rules,
  • withdrawal possible at any time from the footer.

Data concerned

  • IP address, browser, device and other comparable technical information,
  • pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL and browsing path,
  • signals used to qualify a B2B organisation's interest in our content.

Recipients

  • IFC.D teams authorised to handle leads and statistics,
  • technical provider in charge of the script (Kompass),
  • the Matomo instance used by IFC.D for website audience statistics only,
  • technical processors potentially involved by that provider according to its documentation.

Declining or withdrawing your consent prevents any new load of this script from this browser.
