- your interactions on our websites and related audience measurement data (pages viewed, IP address, location, Matomo statistics)
- information required for your orders (no banking data stored)
Why do we use your data?

- manage your registrations, orders and payments
- answer your questions and requests
- organise your training and related communications
- improve our services, training and websites, including through Matomo audience measurement
- comply with our legal obligations
We share your data with service providers only for these purposes, and they must comply with the same data protection rules.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data:
- for the duration of your service
- or longer if required by law
You may request deletion of your data at any time: access to the related services will then be disabled.

You remain in control of your data:

Professional visit and advertising tracking
Subject to your consent, IFC.D may activate the Kompass and Google Ads third-party scripts for professional visit and advertising tracking, in order to better understand interest in our content and some professional visits to our website. Google Ads also measures recorded contact requests to assess our advertising campaigns. The conversion event sent by the website does not include personal information entered in the form.

These solutions are not required for the website to function. They are separate from our Matomo audience measurement.

Information processed
When these scripts are allowed, technical and browsing information may be analysed, including:
- IP address, browser, device and similar technical signals,
- pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL and browsing path,
- signals used to assess a B2B organisation's interest in our content.
Purposes
This information is used to:
- measure interest in our pages and forms,
- better qualify professional visits and B2B intent,
- guide our advertising, marketing and commercial follow-up.
No special-category data is intentionally sought by default through this integration.

You may allow or decline this tracking at any time. If you decline, no new script load will take place from this browser.
To change your choice, use the Cookie settings link in the footer. This setting applies to the Kompass and Google Ads scripts; processing carried out by these providers remains subject to their documentation and contractual commitments. Matomo is used separately for website audience measurement.
