Carbon accounting training provides the knowledge and skills needed to measure, understand and manage an organisation’s greenhouse gas emissions. Our training is based on the Bilan Carbone® methodology developed by ADEME and covers carbon accounting principles, greenhouse gas inventories, emissions calculations and transition planning.
Our training is designed for professionals who want carbon accounting skills: CSR managers, consultants, environmental officers, business leaders, etc.
Depending on the package selected, the training develops both methodological knowledge and practical carbon accounting skills. Participants learn how to understand the principles of the Bilan Carbone® methodology, structure a greenhouse gas inventory, collect and analyse emissions data, interpret results, manage uncertainty, and begin developing a transition plan. The Essential Package also provides practical experience with the official Bilan Carbone® V9 calculation tools.
Yes. IFC.D can provide training for companies and internal teams, with formats adapted to the organisation’s needs. Depending on the programme, training can be delivered remotely, through e-learning, or in person in France. Contact us for more information about intra-company training and the available options.
